A
music festival reckoning the spirit of Nongin (The State Bird of
Manipur), conceived and initiated by ‘Music Society Manipur’ to spread
awareness of our endangered State bird ‘Nongin’ and to promote spirit of love and peace.
On 1st and 2nd December, 2013
Alobo Naga and the Band, Winner of 2012 Best Indian Act at MTV Europe Music Awards will headline ‘Florozone Lotion Nongin Music Fest 13’.
This festival will also witness the old wine in new bottle, newly formed band called The Legends by re-uniting legendary musicians of yesteryears. They are Elangbam Nutan , Chongtham Vivek, Laishram Momo, B.K., Rk.Aboi, Laishram Sando and Jengam Kamei
Fringes, the only Blues band in Manipur who have been thriving for blues music in the area will also perform.
The other Featuring Bands are IDYLLICS - CHEM WEED FM - PULSE PANDITS - THE WISHESS - 3RD CHAPTER - RUBICONS - THE DIRTY STRIKES - PENDULUM SWING - ON THE VERGE .
This Festival is initiated by Hero’s Foundation Manipur jointly ventured by Music Society Manipur and Oriental Pumpkin Events & Communication
